CRETE SWEATER and my collaboration with HOOOKED

Who said Summer is not a good time for crochet? With all this lightweight cotton, linen and bamboo yarn in cheerful colours I get inspired all the time! That’s why I was so excited when my friends from Hoooked asked me to make a few designs to showcase the new Somen and Eucalyptus yarn!

 Somen yarn is a blend of recycled cotton and linen, which makes this sweater even more comfortable. I highly recommend to make a gauge swatch and wash it before you start because cotton and linen shrink a lot when washed. It’s made in Europe and comes in 14 beautiful colors. 

Crete sweater is super breathable and therefore perfect for sunny days when it’s still a bit breezy. It’s a perfect clothing item to wear as beach cover-up, but still airy. It’s made top down with very easy construction and could be easy adjusted if you like to make it longer or wider.

L – 122 cm 
XL – 131 cm
