Master your Herringbone stitch – Herringbone cup cozy tutorial and Claire headband
I started preparing for upcoming Holidays and thinking of gifts a cup cozy popped up in my mind first! I’ve made a lot of those last winter and I received a very warm response indeed.
This cup cozy will keep your cup of tea or coffee nice and warm and protect your hands. This also make a great gift! It’s fun and very easy to make. You can master your Herringbone stitch and use your stashes. Make it unicolour or change colour every 2 rows or add contrasting colour edging. Just use your imagination!
Let me introduce you another new design that use Herringbone stitch!
It’s Claire headband! It’s twisted headband with lovely herringbone texture! And why I named it after Claire? Because it’s beautiful and modern as Claire from E’Claire Makery. Actually I designed it especially for E’Claire Makery Winter Fashion Blog Hop! It’s a blog hop where 27 designers (yes, 27) are giving away FREE downloads of their patterns for 24 hours each!
